Rachel Reeves has said Labour has a "concrete" plan for getting young people back to work.

The Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary told Andrew Marr a Labour government would provide young people with 25 hours' work a week, plus training, paid for by a tax on bankers' bonuses. Those who refused to take part risked their benefit payments being stopped.
