Ukraine crisis: US sanctions target Putin's inner circle

US President Barack Obama has announced further sanctions against Russia over its annexation of Crimea from Ukraine.
The new measures are being targeted at individuals closely associated with President Vladimir Putin, as well as a bank controlled by his allies.
In return, Russia has announced its own sanctions against several leading US officials.
