Dead seabirds washed ashore after winter storms

Recent storms brought crashing waves, gales and flooding to Britain's coastline and it is now believed they could also have had a significant impact on our seabird population.

In Wales, a record number of birds are believed to have died as a result of the bad weather, and there are concerns that some species may be at risk .
