Missing Malaysia plane: How aircraft communicate via satellite

Missing flight MH370's last known communication was with a system supplied by the satellite telecommunications company Inmarsat.

The BBC's transport correspondent Richard Westcott spoke to Chris McLaughlin at the company's headquarters about how satellite communication systems work.
