Moss used as a 'biological solar panel' to power radio

Scientists at Cambridge University have joined forces with a Swiss designer to use moss to power a radio, nicknamed Moss FM.
Dr Paolo Bombelli, a biochemist at the University of Cambridge, explained to BBC Radio 4's Today programme that the moss is effectively used to create "biological solar panels".
First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Monday 10 March.
