Crashes and weather shut A9 and A82 in the Highlands
The A9 has been shut at Dalwhinnie and the A82 was closed at Ballachulish by crashes and wintry weather conditions.
A collision involving a van and a lorry has closed the A9, stretches of which have been affected by snow.
Bad weather and several crashes had shut the A82 near Ballachulish. The road has since been reopened.
Police Scotland said the emergency services had been at the scene of "a number of minor collisions" on the A82, including a jack-knifed lorry.
Traffic Scotland said snow was having a significant impact on roads on higher ground in central Scotland.
