Budget 2014: Pub prices after 1p tax cut for beer

The 1p duty cut on a pint of beer took effect from Monday, but not all pubs have been trimming a penny from their pump prices.
For the Daily Politics, Giles Dilnot toured the pubs of Whitehall to see if drinkers were getting the benefit from George Osborne's announcement.
