UK teenage pregnancy rates fall to 40-year low

Teenage pregnancies in the UK have fallen to their lowest level since 1969, Office for National Statistics figures show.
The under-18 conception rate fell by 10% from 31,000 in 2011 to 27,000 in 2012.
However, Hilary Pannack, chief executive of the teenage pregnancy education charity Straight Talking, warned authorities not to become "complacent" on the issue.
She told BBC Radio 5 live's Drive: "One teenage mother costs the taxpayer £100,000 minimum in five years. That's something we really need to deal with."
